Home Visiting 

Home visiting is an important part of our care work here in the parish.  Our clergy and Pastoral Assistants are happy to pay you a visit, and perhaps to bring you the Holy Communion. 

If you are unable to leave your home through age or illness, if you are in hospital, or if you would like to discuss a private matter, then let us know and we will be glad to come to your home.
