All-Age Season Specials

The seasons of the Christian festival run throughout the year, and provide inspiration for many of the groups and gatherings we offer to our children and families.  At these times, we set out to have both teaching, activity and a lot of fun together.

Most of the details for the first half of 2025 are here below.

Mighty Oaks, Little Acorns - Wednesday February 19th (half term)

Something new for 2025.  This is an activity where the children and parents gather at a local Haslemere nursing home - Oak Hall - to make crafts and interact with the elderly residents.  We shall be making trees as gifts for the older people, and serving them tea together.

Mothering Sunday - Mothering Sunday 30th March

Everyone loves mothering Sunday.  The children and families tea will be building-up a lovely occasion to celebrate our own mothers and the church, which is the old tradition.  Come to the 10:00am service at St Bartholomew's church .  There will probably be lots of daffodils involved!

All for One and One for All - Good Friday 18th April

Good Friday is our Easter craft activity morning, which is very popular.  In past years we have made Easter gardens, which can grow.  The team will host a short children's service, with a very engaging animation of the Easter story.  The exact start time is to be announced, but it will be that morning.

Summer Sizzler - Date to be Announced

We are planning a BBQ on Haslemere Recreation Ground.  More to come!
